Helllo everyone!
I have good news! Drawing dead is in production. I've been extremely busy preparing the files for print, adding the finishing touches to card art, templating, fine tuning, adding flavor text, etc... I underestimated how much time it would take to get it all adone, so I've been a little quiet. I don't have time to update you on everything right now, but I wanted to touch base to deliver the new Print and Play.
There were a few fairly significant changes made to the roles and the rules, but I think it's finally done. And right on time for July/August delivery as promised.
The biggest changes were the Outlaw and La Reina. I'll talk more about them in the next update. Expect to see that this week, followed by the long-awaited surveys!
Till next time...
Enjoy!

The Collector's Edition box is ready! I think it turned out really awesome, but you can be the judge!
Hand-made CE. Materials: Padauk, wenge, cherry and white oak
Hope you love it as much as I loved making it. Each of these will be made to order by yours truly. Let me know what you think!

Preparing to print

Hi everyone!
First off, I want to apologize for the lack of updates recently. Getting the game ready to print, the holidays and many other things have kept me very busy! I didn't realize it'd been so long until I saw a comment about the lack of updates. I will be better about it going forward.
There is some good news, though. Since it's been a while, there's lots to show you!
Game Play
This is the thing I've been working hardest on since the campaign ended. And since then the game has been through some changes. And then some more. And it keeps getting better and better! That's why I continue to work on it. As long as the game keeps improving I will keep working on it.
I expected by now, that I'd have hit a point where I was getting such diminishing returns that most changes would be sidegrades or questionable at best. But, almost every time I play I feel like I'm still making significant improvements and that's been almost every day. The print and play is a bit behind schedule, but everything else is still definitely on track to hit the delivery dates. I want to make sure to deliver you the best product I can in every way. I'm excited to show you all some of the changes!
I've been on Tabletop Simulator running some games here and there. If any of you have and use that program and you see a Drawing Dead room, feel free to drop in and say hello. If you want to see the current state of the game, I'd be happy to play a game with you there.
More cards
I felt like there weren't enough cards, so I've been busy working on getting art for more! No additional charge to you, just more value. I'm not sure how many it will be in the end, but they are looking great!
Here's one of those images, now!
Who you lookin at?
I've also been working on those collector's edition boxes and some wooden deck boxes for those of you interested in portability.
an early prototype
Still working on it, but I think it looks pretty cool already!
I'll probably add this as an optional add-on when I send out the survey. Speaking of the survey... I was going to send it out but thought it would be better to have more photos so everyone with options knows what they're getting. There was no real reason to rush it out, so I held off for now.
I'm hoping to wrap up everything to send to the printer in the next couple of weeks so I'll be busy, but will try to update again soon!
Thanks for your support!

Hello everyone!
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.
I'm super excited to be moving forward with this project! Thank you all so much to help make this a reality. It's hard to express my gratitude enough in words. I can't wait to get the first copies to all of you.
On this end, I'm still working tirelessly to get this done as quickly as possible. The major things I'm working on include:
Fullfillment
I'll be going with Backerkit for the survey and fulfillment of the kickstarter rewards. If you have any experience with them in the past, I'm sure you're happy to hear that. They are awesome. They will ensure everyone gets their rewards in a timely fashion and will give you all more flexibility regarding add ons or cutomization of your rewards, which is great!
You should expect the survey soon, but I'm not too sure how long the process takes yet. I'm starting it tonight, though.
Development
The final details of the rules and roles are still under development. This stuff takes time, but I'm expecting to have it all pretty firm within the next two weeks. At that point, I'll be sending out the print and play copies and, hopefully, shortly thereafter sending the files to print.
Production
Been busy over here trying to get all the final pieces in place with the art, graphics and printers. Not to mention building some neat boxes. Pics are coming soon. Here's a teaser, though!
Box Top - Padauk
Box Top - Purpleheart
Here's a picture of the 2 of the CE box tops. Anyone that backed at that tier or higher, keep your eyes peeled for the survey - you'll have some options to select in the survey, one of which will be what kind of wood you'd like the box in.
Once again, thank you for being a part of this. Exciting times ahead!
